The Transport committee convenes meetings with the participation of the Principal, Administration Manager and the Staff in Charge of Transportation. The responsibilities of the committee encompass:
Route Allocation: During the admission process, the committee is responsible for
assigning bus routes to first-year students.
Meetings Management: Regular meetings are conducted with all bus staff in charge to
ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Inspection and Reporting: Periodic inspections of bus conditions are carried out, and any
necessary actions are promptly reported.
Resource Allocation: Buses are allocated for various purposes, including industrial visits,
placement and training activities, and co-curricular events.
Document Verification: Regular checks of bus documents, including those related to the
college and contractual agreements, are conducted.
Reporting to Superiors: The committee provides essential reports to superiors as required
to maintain transparency and accountability.
Daily Operations Oversight: The committee oversees the daily operations of the buses
and offers guidance to bus supervisors.
Ticket Issuance: The committee facilitates the issuance of tickets to hostel students traveling on buses through bus supervisors.
