• Maintenance of a comprehensive campus-wide security surveillance system.

Network Infrastructure:

• Management of structured cabling for the campus-wide computer network.
• Maintenance of the Optical Fiber campus backbone network.

Identification and Access:

• Design and issuance of Smart ID Cards for all college members.

Web Presence:

• Development and maintenance of the college website and web portal.

Academic Support:

• Coordination of the Academic Monitoring System (AMS).

Communication and Information Dissemination:

• Management of Digital Signage for digital notifications.
• Configuration and maintenance of SMS services for the college.

Email Services:

• Provision of institutional email accounts for all college members through Google Apps for Education.

Asset Management:

• Recording of AMC documents for UPS systems, servers, network devices, and computer peripherals.

Online Examinations:

• Organization of online examinations for companies during Training & Placement sessions.
• Conducting online assessments for exams like GATE, CAT, and IBPS in collaboration with TCSiON projects of TCS.

Technical Support and Guidance:

• Development of technical specifications for servers, desktops, and laptops.
• Provision of technical support, assistance, and guidance for IT product purchases.

Hardware Maintenance:

• Maintenance and upkeep of computers and peripherals.

Technological Advancements:

• Research and proposal of new technological implementation plans for the campus.
