Dr G. RAMESH obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras , Masters and Ph.D. from Anna University Chennai. He has 20 years of teaching experience in various Engineering colleges. His area of specialization is Welding, Composites. He has published over 35 research papers in various international journals and conferences which includes Scopus and Science citation indexed journals. He have completed one AICTE funded research project successfully.

Dr G. Ramesh is recognized research supervisor of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala. He is the reviewer for the Journal named “Journal of Manufacture”, Part A-Sage publications. He has received a fund of Rs. 36000 from Kerala state council for science and technology and Environment and conducted Patent awareness programme. He has delivered guest lectures in various universities and state affiliated engineering colleges in the topic composites.

He is well versed about the accreditation process of NAAC and NBA. He is the NAAC coordinator of MEA Engineering College and instrumental to get accreditation.

Dr G. Ramesh has joined as Professor and Head in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in MEA Engineering College and now currently serving as Principal in MEA Engineering College, Perinthalmanna, Kerala.
