Programe outcomes

• PO1: Computational Knowledge : Apply knowledge of computing fundamentals, computing specialization, mathematics, and domain knowledge appropriate for the computing specialization to the abstraction and conceptualization of computing models from defined problems and requirements.
• PO2: Problem Analysis : Identify, formulate, research literature, and solve complex computing problems reaching substantiated conclusions using fundamental principles of mathematics, computing sciences, and relevant domain disciplines.
• PO3: Design/development of solutions : Design and evaluate solutions for complex computing problems, and design and evaluate systems, components, or processes that meet specified needs with appropriate consideration for public health and safety, cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.
• PO4: Conduct investigations of complex problems : Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.

MCA

It is a two-year postgraduate program that focuses on Mastering in computer applications. It is designed for students aspiring to build a career in computer applications and software development.

MCA can provide a candidate with brief knowledge of programming languages, software development, database management, and computer networks. Students build their problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and technical expertise through this course. The course also emphasizes teamwork, project management, and effective communication.

The eligibility criteria is to have a bachelor's degree in BCA (Bachelor in Computer Applications) or any relevant field from a recognized university with Mathematics as a subject studied during their undergraduate degree. MCA graduates can find jobs in various sectors, including software development, IT consulting, banking, finance, and insurance.
